Connecting accounts
Open Connections in the sidebar and OAuth in. Nothing else works until you have at least one account connected.
There are two kinds of connection, and the distinction matters.
Ad accounts are what you spend through. They power Ad campaigns and Spend analytics.
Social channels are what you post to. They power Organic posts.
Plenty of platforms are both, but the two connect separately. Connecting Meta as an ad account does not make you able to post to Instagram, and vice versa. If a platform is missing where you expect it, this is almost always why.
Ad accounts
Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest.
Social channels
Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Google Business.
Facebook and Instagram connect as separate accounts.
Scopes
Grant the ad scopes when the OAuth screen asks. Connecting with read-only or mis-scoped permissions is the single most common setup problem, and it fails in a confusing way: the connection appears to succeed and performance data flows in happily, but any attempt to write, such as creating a campaign or changing a budget, fails.
If a write fails on a connection that otherwise looks healthy, check the scopes first. Disconnect and reconnect is the fix.
Disconnecting
Every platform can be disconnected from Connections. Doing so stops the daily performance pull and revokes our ability to create or change anything.
Your campaigns keep running on the platform itself. Disconnecting does not pause or delete anything you have already launched.
